Cammo, Edinburgh

Cammo, Edinburgh, originally uploaded by edinburghgary.

"Water Tower, Cammo. Located west of Maybury Road. Cammo House lies close. This is the first photo I actively "chased the light for" so to speak. I have read a lot about the golden hour, and how it can really enhance a photo. Well today, I decided to test the theory. I arrived an hour before sunset, however I had a window of only 7 minutes to capture the light which is hitting the hill and tower. I was amazed at how little time it took for the light to die down and the golden glow to disappear."
