Bye Bye Hasselblad

"So this weekend my beloved Hassie 500C/M got nicked whilst I was up working at the Belladrum festival near Beauly in Inverness. The worst part is that the people who took it will have zero idea of what it is or how to use it or anything else. It sucks. My Lomo LC-A also got nicked, and it wasn't one of the LSI ones, which is an added blow.

Incidentally, they left my iPod. They must not have approved of either its ancient design (buttons on top), or of the music onboard!

Either way, now starts the long long process of trying to scrimp and save to replace it. I never usually take it to festivals, so it wasn't insured. Ugh. Lesson learned?

Incidentally, if anyone thinks that my Hassie photos are any good and wants to speed up the replacement process, then donations to the: "GetStephenBackHisHasselblad" fund can me made through PayPal"
