How Cal Mac Ferries should always look.
"The winter months in Scotland can be a bit grim at times, but on the plus side, I've been able to get photographs of some spectacular skies before leaving the office. This was taken in early March of this year."
An interesting "creature" (on the back of another on stilts) on the Royal Mile during the 2003 Edinburgh Fringe. Both were members of the excellent circus cabaret show called "Hot!".
The wee fella was balanced on his heels and a couple hundred foot drop behind him. Lucky he's got wings.
My favorite street in Edinburgh. This is my second photo of this street. It was taken one day before the first photo (see other photo with title "Edinburgh Street"). There is some camera shake but I think it adds to the mood of the picture.

Wemyss Bay Train Station
"A spur-of-the-moment shot from the window of the Linguistics Common Room...three contrails creating a Scottish flag pattern in the sky."

Spectacular cliffs and abandoned house with lone walker.
"The man who built it was John Nicolson, he was a minister and used to preach in the church near the house, to the people who lived in the shielings in the summer. Don't think it been occupied for over 60 years"
